The house is located on H Street number 513 low between 21 and 23, Vedado; Havana city. It was built in 1910 and recently repaired 1 year ago but maintains its old colonial architecture, its ceilings are tall and 5 meters high. It consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 large and comfortable bathrooms, garden, portal, patio, kitchen, dining room, living room and parking. Each room has its own bathroom with TV, hair dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator and safe; Each room has a key to enter and leave the house 24 hours a day. It is a quiet and safe place, is located in the center of Havana, 3 blocks from the hotel Habana Libre and coopelia, shops, supermarkets, malecon, bank, exchange house (cadeca). Other places of interest in this neighborhood, which you can access on foot, are the National Hotel, Plaza de la Revolución, decorative arts museum, restaurants such as El Idilio, Café Presidente, Mediterraneo, Habana Blue, among others. The airport is only 30 minutes from the house by taxi. We offer pick-up service to the airport. Guests can walk around, take a bus, a collective or private taxi to visit the most remote places. Old Havana is only 10 minutes by taxi from the house and walking 30 minutes. The beaches of Havana are 30 minutes from the house by taxi. We provide breakfast, lunch and laundry services at an additional cost and with prior notice.
We live in the house my parents and I, we have a room that is in the back of the house where the kitchen is. We are very calm people, organized and clean, we like to help guests and make them feel at home . We have a dog named Dibu who is very affectionate and loves being scratched by his belly. He is very calm, does not bite or bark, he likes to play a lot. I am a dentist who works in a state clinic, in the afternoon I return to the house to help my parents and the guests who are in the house. I speak English and communicate with guests.

My neighborhood is safe, removed, located in center of Havana, near to National and Habana Libre hotels, bar, coopelia, cabaret, Good restaurant, square and other places for interesting for tourist. AirPort is located 30 minutes to My house, you can take a taxi When you arrive and give My address, on the corner My house is private taxi or taxi for small price, you can walk around in this area or If you want to Old Havana, you take a taxi for 10 minutes. My house has 4 rooms with 4 big and private bathroom, frige, split, hot and cold water and television.

About the Area
The house is located in the center of the city, specifically in the Vedado municipality Plaza de la Revolución, just 30 minutes from the airport by taxi. It is a very quiet, safe, clean and bright place. It has several shopping centers, art galleries, Parisien cabaret, National hotel, Malecon, Plaza de la Revolucion, Jonh Lennon park, Cuban art factory, good restaurants like El Idilio, Mediterraneo, Cafe Laurent among others, bars like Sarao, King, The Magic Flute, among others, coffee shops, ice cream coopelia, numerous cinemas, theaters and supermarkets. It is an area of easy access to other places in Havana and you can walk without needing a taxi. Santa Maria del Mar beach is 30 minutes by taxi.
You can also take the tourist bus in the street L and 25 with a price of 10 cuc for the whole day.You can take collective taxis in the street H and 23 to go to Old Havana for only 1cuc, the bank, the cadeca and the office of Etecsa for wifi cards is located n 23rd Street and J 3 blocks from the house .
We are 10 minutes by taxi from Old Havana and 20 minutes walking.
There are 2 local bus stops 3 minutes from the house on 23rd Street and L and 23rd and J.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
