About the Area

Located in the Old Havana Historical Center of the City, Muralla Street dazzles for its uniqueness, unique and with character of other streets of Old Havana. Although for its width, which is scarce, for its paving, which is excellent, and its sidewalks, which are narrow and tall.
It is a street lined by its colonial balconies from one sidewalk to the other, which free passers-by from the rigors of the sun and give freshness to the street. At about 3 blocks from the lodging you arrive at the Plaza Vieja, which exuberant colonial style enjoys exquisite restaurants, music, exclusive shops and several Cuban craft businesses. This street that arose in 1691 ends in the avenue of the port which connects with the Malecón Habanero that invites to see a beautiful sunset.
Other places of interest are the museums of the general capitals, accompanied by its beautiful Plaza that serves well to rest from long walks or to receive the freshness of the Caribbean air, others such as the museum of the city, the Museum of Cards, the rum museum, which at the end of your tour you can taste it.
