Rento room with private bathroom in my house which is located in downtown area of the city, in Plaza de la Revolucion, a very visited area for tourists to know the history of my country. We live my wife and I, and there is always someone available to serve the guests and share with them if they wish, give instructions and recommend sites of interest, we can even offer breakfast if the client wishes for a moderate price, or if the client You can enjoy an exquisite chocolate of dissimilar varieties in the KKO Bombonera that is located right in the front of the house. The client has access to the garden, parking, kitchen, living room and side hall in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. It is a house in the ground so it is accessible for bicycles, motorbikes and people with disabilities. The room has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and hangers to hang clothes, in the room there is television and refrigerator, the house has hot and cold water 24 hours a day throughout its installation, 110v and 220v current, telephone . We speak Spanish. We like to keep the hygiene and the customer is comfortable so we keep the house clean, we provide clean sheets and towels and it is important that you know that providing the best service is our motto, that is why we also do cleaning and change Of tohallas and sheets whenever the client wishes.

About the Area
Our house is located in the north of the city, near the heart of Vedado, visited by thousands of tourists annually, is located in a quiet, very safe and guarded neighborhood, surrounded by greenery, parks, shopping centers, cafes, Restaurants, cinemas, theaters, museums and bus terminals that travel all over the country. My house is about 15 km from the city center but very accessible to any means of transport, taxis and buses to get there; Just 25 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Just 2 minutes from the bus stop that runs along different roads in the city, it is only 15 minutes from the Malecón Habanero or 20 minutes by taxi from the coast.

House Rules
There is staff for the customer's attention 24 hours a day, but we require prior confirmation of the accommodation, we can offer you taxi service if you wish, the client must take care of the accommodation at all times and any questions talk to the host. We offer a light breakfast or whatever the client wishes for a price apart from the reservation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
