Room in a comfortable apartment in the historic center of the city, in a quiet building, from where you can observe the majestic architecture of the Colonial Havana and from the city tours you will get closer than anywhere else
In the apartment we live, my husband and I, we have 2 rooms
one of them is for the guests and has its own bathroom
private, the other room is ours, the common spaces, living room,
balcony, they can also enjoy it, in the kitchen we prepare lso
breakfast they request, but we always give a light one, the
building has an elevator and it is very quiet, and as you can see
exterior photos we are one block from the national capitol.
We are always at home, we can also pick up the guests in the
airport if they need it, but that service is not included in
the price.

Our apartment is located a few steps from the zero kilometer of the city (the national capitol), emblematic place and easy access to all points of the city. From this place you can take a trip with the history of Old Havana and its inhabitants

House Rules
The rules of the house are put by you.
Mine are so universal that surely we will agree on respect, care for material things, cleanliness, not to exceed alcoholic beverages and not disturb neighbors at night ... ah ... and if during your stay at home he maintains romantic or loving relations with a Cuban or foreigner and decides to lodge him in his room, he must inform me immediately because I must have the information of that person registered for any setback, since he arrives at the house and the Register in the Book of Reservations I am responsible of you and your belongings.
They are not strict rules, Each person can tell me what they like or do not do at home, which includes moving or changing furniture and also saying how they want the cleaning and change of supplies ...
I like children, "disciplined" pets, that people dance, sing and be happy ...

Génial !! Une adresse que l'on peut recommander les yeux fermés... Sara est bien plus qu'une hôte c'est comme une Maman, elle sera vous accueillir, vous conseiller, petits déjeuners+++... Ma femme étant malade Sarah n'a pas hésité à l'emmener chez son médecin de famille, elle vous accompagne pour effectuer des achats si besoin...enfin on la recommande les yeux fermés. En partant vous verseraient une larme en lui faisant la bise
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
