My house is 6 kilometers from the center of the city of Havana. It is suitable for one to four people; with safety box and smoke detector. Since it has two rooms with private bathroom each. Each room has a double bed. The house has in the bathroom shower with hot and cold water; in addition in the kitchen there is a water filter, to ensure the quality of water for human consumption. Also the kitchen has a large refrigerator and cooking utensils, so that guests can prepare food. In the room there are ample and comfortable armchairs in grilles, telephone, tv and video equipment.
The house is in the village of Cojimar, where the writer Ernest Hemingway based his novel The Old Man and the Sea; also the restaurant The Terrace, who used to visit. Three blocks from the house is a castle built of stones by the Spanish colonizers. It is a house cozy and intimate. In the portal reaches the sea breeze. Wifi near.
My sister Nieves Veronica is the administrator of the house and lives in the high places; She is at the complete disposal of the guests. When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
