Located in the historic center of Cienfuegos, Cuba, a home with history opens its doors to anyone who wants to know “The Pearl of the South.” In our house currently resides your host Jose, his partner Helen and his grandmother Teresa, all always ready to give you a warm welcome, satisfactory service and an exchange of sociocultural information according to your demands in addition to any clarification of doubts or advice about the city. . The house has a living room that connects the rental rooms, a balcony where you can have breakfast with views of the Jose Marti Park and directly with the exit staircase of the house which provides an environment of privacy for its guests; It has a terrace from which you can widely observe the city and certain points of interest; And it also has a patio with a garden surrounded by well-kept and charming flora where you can sit and chat and spend time with the family.

House Rules
1-Smoking only in designated areas: balcony or terrace.
2- Payment in cash on the same day or on the day of departure as you wish.
3- Do not bring people to the house who are not registered as guests without first notifying them.
4- The room check-out time is at 12:00 pm, after that the suitcases must be outside the room and you can leave them in the living room and continue enjoying the hostel until 4:00 pm

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
