My house is located on a central avenue, El Prado, from where it is very easy to visit important places in the city on foot. Being on this avenue it is close to cafeterias, paladares. It is colonial in style, with a high ceiling, columns. Being located on the second floor we have a balcony from where you can see the Paseo del Prado, cool off the hot afternoons of our climate, a terrace with plants that also refresh.

About the Area
Our house is located in a central location. In the main street ¨El Prado¨. It is 300 meters from the Cienfuegos Malecón, a beautiful place, 300 meters from the Royal Pier, 400 meters from the Boulevard. It is a quiet neighborhood but since it is in a very central location there may be noise from cars. Nearby there are cafes, paladares, and bars. You can walk to all the places of interest in the city.

House Rules
Respect, do not smoke in the room, do not use the room for more than the defined people (3). To enter the house you must ring the front doorbell. You will have the key to your room. Do not leave the door of the room open when you are using the air conditioning. Guests can smoke in other areas of the house that are close to the room: balcony, portal, terrace.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
