Colonial type house belonging to the Historic Center of the city of Cienfuegos, declared by UNESCO a Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Locate it between two main arteries: The Boulevard and the Paseo del Prado.
It consists of separate entrance for guests the areas Rooms, Rooms (three) and Terrace.
They have Mirador for the enjoyment of views of the City and the Bay of Cienfuegos.
Among the attractions and services of the very next to the housing are: Boullevard pedestrian area with the main commercial area of the City (at 20mts), Banks and House of Change (at 120mts), Central Park "José Martí" (at 400mts) and in its environment Theater "Tomas Terry", Museums, Restaurants, Café and La Catedral among others.
The City allows you to visit the PRADO Cienfueguero (the longest in Cuba), the Malecón, bordering the Bay and visit the peninsula of Punta Gorda and its recreational areas such as the Chalet de Valle, La Parrillada del Covadonga and the Recreativo La Punta complex.
The house has three rooms and a total capacity of 10 guests, all rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning and refrigerator. The entrance to the rooms is independent to the family.

About the Area
Our house is located in the center of the city, in the Commercial Zone, 300 meters from the central square, with Museums, Tomas Terry Theater, Cafe and Restaurants, and 100 meters from the Paseo de Prado.
With a view of the Bay and the City, Very close to the Banks, Discotheque, Galleries. Having many tractive nearby and being a very quiet place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
