We are a hardworking couple with experience in hosting guests. I work from home and my main job is to take good care of my guests and assist them in anything they might need: offer advices about the city, restaurants, things to do, or simply chat. My husband is a profesional driver.
We are very social people and sometimes we receive visits from friends and family, that won't be a disturbance to our guests, since they will have a private half of the house for their own, where they can receive their own visits if any.
We offer an apartment where guest will have full Independence, we live in the property but in a different apartment.
The accommodation has a livingroom, a kitchen with refrigerator, a private bathroom with hot/cold water and a bathtub, and an air-conditioned bedroom with a king size bed.
If you enjoy fishing there are some spots near the house to do it, where you will be able to meet some cuban fishermen.

About the Area
Playa Alegre is a small beach and very quiet neighbourhood located by the seaside of Cienfuegos Bay.
At walking distance of restaurants, night clubs, and other touristical attractions. If you want you can rent a Taxi Bike (Bici Taxi) and get an splendid tour through town.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Payment will be split in 2:
On Booking: Deposit = 5 CUC per reserved night.
On Arrival: Remaining balance = 20 CUC per reserved night.
Deposit must be paid within 24 hours after booking, we will send an invoice for the deposit quantity to the provided email, the invoice will be charged in EUR, converted from CUC using the booking's date rates.
If guest fails to pay deposit within 24 hours, we will cancel the booking and it will be considered as Canceled by Guest.
To guarantee security in payment, we send invoices using a trustworthy Online Payment Service such as Paymill, Paypal, Stripe, etc.
Cancelation Policy:
Deposit is 50% refundable if booking is canceled within 14 days before the Check-In date, after that date deposit becomes non-refundable.
A reservation request issued by a guest involves the acceptance of this terms and conditions.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
