HOUSE COCUICHE owes its name to Ms. Dania Maria Cocuiche Medel. The house has terraces and gardens for sitting in the company of natural elements as well as parking area for one vehicle. The rent guarantees absolute independence, peace and security, also has conditions for the stay of children without risk of accidents. The stay of the tenant would result in double spacious airconditioned with split also with fans, hot and cold water for 24 hours, television, digital television signal and refrigerator. The property is in an area of the city of Cienfuegos 200m from the bay and no more than 500m services rents cars, Club Nautico, International Medical Clinic, restaurants, Servicentros Fuels, shopping centers and recreational centers as El Cubanísimo ARTEX. Access to the historic city center walking can be done in just 15 minutes.

The property is located in a tourist area of the city, safe and beautiful architectural values, it is also surrounded by the sea breeze imperative located a few meters away.
Just 100 meters from the house there are stops of urban buses that can be addressed by the guests and the same distance of 100 m there is access to Calle 37, the main route through which circulate continuously private transportation services such as cars and rickshaws (bicycle taxis ), which they can also be used by guests.

QUE BUENO!
At this Casa you get the full service of a fancy hotel and the cozyness of a Casa.
Very nice garden. Rooms with a lot of privacy. The family is very helpfull and Jose speaks good english, loves to talk and explain you everything you want to know!
Definetly have Dania's home cooking while you stay here. It's amazing!

An amazing stay in Cienfuegos. A guesthouse with lots of privacy -private entrance, private bathroom, even an en-suite sitting room- with the nicest people I have met in Cuba. Go there to relax. Go there to get all the info about Cuba. Go there and convince the owners that their prices are too low. Go!

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
