Alicia and Katiuska offer the visiting tourist two private rooms, located in the popular Barrio de Colón near the well-known 'Solar de La California', designed with all the comfort, security and privacy you deserve.
The "House of Alicia and Katiuska" is a building built in 1929 in colonial style. Since October 2015, their hostesses have created this project to rent to tourists from all over the world with the idea of forging a business and also making friends from all over the world, providing them with security at home in a calm and harmonious environment.
We offer you in "Casa de Katiuska y Alicia" two private rooms named Verde y Rosada. The Green room has three personal beds while the Rosada has a personal bed and a double bed; each of them have ceiling and table lamp, climate equipment, hair dryer, wall mirror, bedding included, toiletries included and private bathroom each with hot water 24 hours.

About the Area
Our accommodation is located on the edge of Old Havana, 50m from the Paseo del Prado and 200 m from the Malecón. Close to restaurants and private bars, shops and many and varied tourist attractions that are steps in the historic center of Old Havana. Nearby there are parking services, houses for dance classes, among other options.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
