Good location, close to Salvador Allende and Simon Bolivar road that leads down to old Habana, Rooms were nice with aircondition and bathroom with shower, but sometimes lack of warm water, nice staff but sometimes noise from big family living there. Small things need more attention like missing mirror at bathroom and tv without connection (so no picture). In many ways fine but needs more attention and care for completing rooms and service.

well I have to say we didnt enjoy it here at all..... the casa is about 25 mins walk from the Malecon and central Havana which was good.... the rooms were a good size, the beds were not comfortable at all, but we managed.... my main problem with this casa was the noise of a night time.... there were a group of dancers staying who had no consideration for anyone else sating in the casa,,,, they were very loud, shouting and arguing until early hours of the morning and also watching TV very loudly sometimes until 0200..... then when you finally get off to sleep you were woken by the rooster at 0430 every morning without fail..... the food being cooked in the kitchen always smelt good, but we never stayed to eat as we never really felt welcome.... on our part we dont speak Spanish so this didnt help much as they didnt understand a lot of English,,,, I would say if you are not able to speak Spanish dont stay here. the only person that did make us feel welcome was a lady called Millie....we didnt always understand each other...but she was full of smiles and tried to communicate with us every day,, but she was the only one. I understand the standards are very different in Cuba,,,but we met people staying in other Casa's who were paying a lot less, but got a lot better service and experience....unfortunately i would not stay here again.
