Family house with modern, comfortable architecture, heated and independent room on the second level, roofed terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner. Always looking for the way you and your companions feel comfortable during your stay in our house.
Located in the heart of the city, just 100 meters from the public square, area where you can find the Bank of Credit and Commerce (BANDEC), Casa del Chocolate, House of Culture, El Patio Bar (Cuban traditional live music) , Cacao Museum, La Habanera Hostel, ETECSA commercial office, El Parque Cafeteria, Yaima Bar, La Terraza Night Center, El Paraíso Night Center, Casa de la Trova, Our Lady of the Assumption of Baracoa Minor Basilica (where the Cross of the Vine). In addition, there are barber shops, pharmacies and other places of tourist interest which you have at your doorstep.

About the Area
Our house is located in the central part of the city, just 50 meters from the Basilica Minor Our Lady of the Assumption of Baracoa (place where the Cross of the Vine is located), commercial office of the travel agencies in the territory, bank, trova house, boulevard, ETECSA commercial office, central park (from the entrance of the house you can see the central park and view of the Yaima Bar in the background).

Although we couldn't stay here because of a problem in the house, i still recommend this Casa. They arrranged an other room for us and even went with is to go there. Super !

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
