This is a old house we remodeling in the time. Located in Ñuñoa, a very special place in Santiago. One of the most appreciated neighborhood in the city, plenty of traditions and familiar life. Our home is three minutes walking to Metro (AKA subway or underground) where you can move for most of places of the city. (tip: Metro is the most safe way to move in Santiago). Most of the Campus are based close to any Metro Station. Just in front of Metro there are a Supermarket (Walmart) and gas station, and a lot little stores where you can buy fruits and vegetables, chilean fast food (completos = hotdogs) and convenience stores. Ten minutos walking there are a Shopping mall called Plaza Egaña, with a lot of stores, cinemas, gym, bars and restaurants. To the other side, you can find libraries, parks, cultural center and theathre in a place really famous in city wich is Plaza de Ñuñoa (15 minutes walking).
The place is really safe, with predominancy of familiars houses (now are some buildings growing here).
We're a couple in ours 40's. I'm René (43) and Jocelyn, my wife, is 36. We have no kids, but... we have two dogs which are ours sons. If you want to live with us, you have to love dogs, because they will stay all the time with us and everywere we go.
The house has 5 rooms. Main is our and another one has some gym machines. The other three are empty and ready to use.
There are a person who clean and cook for us on week days.
We are quiet, clean and respectful. The person who lives with us will find a place to study and live with freedom. We prefer persons like us, quiet, clean and respectful.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

- No drugs (Marijuana incluided), no parties (except authorized). If your family want to came to visit you (for short stays) they are welcome. You can recive visits (not s3x in the house), incluiding classmates or friends.
- Love animals.
- Clean your space and everything you use.
- Music and noises at moderate volume.
- You can use anything you find in the house, except what is for personal use.
Smoking Rules

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
