Sandi and Nelson, are amazing hosts! Food is always on the table on time, always concerned about the safety of their students. If I would've to choose once again a homestay, definitely I'd choose them. The house doesn't have A/C that's the only inconvenience, in my opinion. I'll give them an A if the house would have A/C that'll be A+ for sure. My best wishes to Sandi and Nelson in everything you do, and thank you for helping International Students or newcomers in Canada. I spent 4 months in their place, and they made me feel like part of their family, as their son, and I'd say I saw them like my Grandparents (in Canada) long life for you guys, and god bless you!!
From the button of my hard with love,

It was a memorable 7 month stay at Nelson and Sandy's place. Felt like a home away from home. They made me feel so welcome during my first few days in Canada while I was a student. Sandy is so caring and Nelson is so very knowledgeable, we spent hours chatting about various topics. Finally, my northwest room upstairs was great, spacious and tidy and is centrally located close to the grant park mall where you could get all your necessities. I will recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Sandy and Nelson for the awesome stay.

My Mom and sisters stay at Sandi’s Home was the best. I am a student at the U of M and i booked Sandis Home for my mom and sis for their holiday here in Winnipeg. They rated it 10/10 I also rate it the same, as i was coming there frequently. Her home is pretty calm, with her Husband Nelson and a cat Mosey. They were such a caring couple that love to entertain their guest. There were allot of choice from Breakfast to Dinner and wonderful conversations to go with it. Sandi was wonderful always suggesting nice attractions for us to visit also. They are really wonderful people with a nice neat home, whenever i need a place to stay ill be there for sure.

My daughter and I had once very nice and remembered week in Sandi's home. The house looks much better than it in the website. Sandi and her husband Nelson are very friendly and helpfull even though they are in their seniors. The food is especial very good, healthy. Suprisingly, dinner is included in room price, which is but not shown in website. You also can learn a lot about Jewish tradition here if you are interested in. Beside it, 3 bus lines with stops are within house's area, so you can easy go to downtown at any time.
We wish Sandi, Nelson and also their friend Junis good health and love to see them some day again.Host reply
