We are a fun and happy homestay host family. We have been taking on homestay students for the past 5 years.
We are friendly and easy going people and love to cook. Our home is your home when you are in Victoria.
We are looking for clean and tidy students to share with a friendly, lovely and quality small family with no
children.
We have one bedroom for rent which is perfect for International student to live in.
Our home is near Camosun College Lansdowne and Uvic, 2 minutes walk to bus stop no. 14 go direct to
Uvic about 5 minutes and 10 minutes to downtown, Hillside mall about 5 minutes walk , Camosun College
about 10 minutes walk and Uvic about 5 minutes by bus.
The bedroom is bright with large window and large size private bedroom has a large storage closet and fully furnished with double size bed, desk, chair and dresser.

Only English is allowed to be spoken in common areas of the home
Limited street parking available
Dinner is nightly prepared nightly at 6 pm, and all residents are expected to attend

Please keep our home secure and ensure that you lock the door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!

Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just arrange it with me in advance

Despite some minor miscommunication hiccups at the start, (wasn't able to get in touch with her), Levine was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I cannot thank her enough for her supply of food and kindness, and her partner Glenn for picking me up when I ran out of time on walk and having to get back in time to get my bus! Thank you Levine. I would definitely want to stay with Levine again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
