Beautifully renovated, fully furnished private basement with separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living space, and white modern kitchen including private fridge, stove, hood, Microwave, and electric kettle in a quiet neighborhood is available for homestay guests.
Few minutes' drive To North York. Minutes from all amenities shops and public transport.
We provide driveway parking if you have a car.
Cameras have been installed outside the house facing the entrances and the driveway for security reasons.
No smoking or drugs are permitted in the house or its surrounding areas. Please be respectful of our home, the private basement, and the surrounding property.

** Payment Method:
Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). Therefore, you must send 50% CAD $ ahead of your stay by E-transfer once the booking is confirmed. The balance of 50% will be upon arrival by CASH.
**EXTRA COSTS: One of our most frequently asked questions is... Are there any extra costs? The only extra costs are that you provide your own food and laundry detergent...everything else is included.

** Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 5 days' notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.

Our house is located at Thornhill City Centre is located in the heart of Vaughan’s most affluent neighborhood, Thornhill, at the corner of Bathurst and Centre Street. Major brands like Walmart, Bulk Barn, Starbucks, Rogers, and RBC are surrounded by local shops and restaurants like Mezza Notte Thornhill, Bagel World, and many others that line Disera Drive. The street lighting at night is beautiful here.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
