A stay home mother living with two high school boys. We are looking for a nice, clean, respectful person to share this property for long term, or a couple for vacation on monthly basis.
In a custom built home, this room is equipped with a queen size bed with wall to wall closet. It is on a separated level next to a common sitting room with backyard access. The rental also includes a private bathroom, share laundry room, one car parking on driveway, free internet.
The property is located at a most sought neighborhood in a walking distance to shops, public transportation, top schools in the whole region, the Lake Ontario, many parks, bike trails and natural trails. The property features with ravine lot, guests can enjoy the beautiful nature view from the bedroom and sitting room. Patio furnitures are available for guests to use. Whether you are an international student, a young professional, exchange scholar, visitor for business or vacation, you will find it is convenient and pleasurable to live and/or stay at our place.

About the Area
Our home is located on the north of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 3km from the city center and only 15 minutes drive from a local airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are a lot of bus options using this stop.
In the region, it is only 15 minutes drive to historic Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Niagara Falls. Visiting Niagara Wine County, Driving and bike would be a wonderful experience to explore the surrounding Niagara Region.
In the local, it is in a short walking and biking distance to our scenic Lake Ontario, the West Cliff Park, the Marina, and the historic Port Dalhousie, the Waterfront Trails and more.
In the community, it is 2 minutes walk to the Pine Grove Public School; it is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to Eden High School.
There are bus routes to the General Hospital, Fairfield Mail, Bus Terminal and more.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
