This is a rural setting in the country, but still less than 10 min. to everything in down town Trenton. 401 / Wooller Rd Carpool less than 2 min. away. 8 min to a via rail station. 10 min. to Air Base. 13 min to Loyalist College, and or Quint Mall.
Room is completely furnished, heat, hydro, wifi and satellite included..
It's side split sitting well back from the street on a 2 acre mature, well treed lot, where you have the space, and, privacy to enjoy the great outdoors. A four season sun room, and rear deck overlook the back yard which backs onto a small ravine wooded area where we have tons of wildlife and birds.
The living room boasts a large electric fireplace, extending out to a three season sun room overlooking the ravine. The family room also boasts a wood burning fireplace which we use all winter long, and extends out to a 3 season sun room in the summer time. From here you can directly access the back yard.

About the Area
Our House is close to the 401 and less than 20 min by car to Loyalist College, 15 minutes to the air base, half an hour to the Sandbanks,and over two dozen small wineries in Prince Edward County, We are also approxiametly 15 minutes from Presquile Provincial Park for those interested in bird watching.

No Partying after 11:00 p.m. and, only by prior approval. No overnight guests unless pre approved. Laundry arrangements can be made. Price for meals would be based on length of stay and your preferences. Smoking allowed outside only.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
