The home has capacity for 3 guests at a time. We are near Douglas College, shopping, public transit, and beautiful parks and trails. There are two small dogs that love to play. There are two guest bedrooms, a shared living room and kitchenette downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. No children under 7 due to Benji being difficult around some small children. Payment due on day two if coming from international countries and on arrival if coming from the USA or Canada. Cash, Paypal and Etransfer accepted. Preferred stays between 3-30 days (can request extensions). Check in anytime after 2 pm and check out at noon (flexible as needed - please advise)

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are two blocks from the famous Poco Trail and Coquitlam River. We are a 40 minute drive from YVR and from downtown Vancouver.

Meals

House Rules
With apologies, we are strictly a non-smoker property, if you have the scent on you the host will be allergic to you and possibly ask you to find new accommodations. This is also a scent free home in that aftershave, aromatherapy, perfumes, and incense are not permitted. We don’t use candles due to fire risk. We communicate our needs and respect each other. The little dogs also have a rule that you pay attention to them and give them some love :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
