Hey
I'm Susanna and I've been in Montreal for seven years so far. I love the city and everything that it has to offer, I have two joyful friendly children and two cats. We would love to host students or young professionals in our hoursehold. We prepared an extra room, it is equipped with a twin bed with storage, personal fridge, microwave, pantry, closet, chair, desk, bedside table, full wall mirror and bench.
The room can fit two people or a person with a child as an extra mattress could be provided.
The room has a window overseeing the front deck of the house, which no one uses to it'll be for the guests use.
The kitchen is shared and available for use as well as the bathroom. We have laundry machine and dryer downstairs in the basement as well as a big backyard.
Our neighbourhood is lovely and welcoming, the location is very central it's 5 min walk to two metro stations. It is also close by to Saint Laurent river which looks magical in all seasons, it's a walking distance to wellington street with its charming shops and restaurants. A lot of parks around as well.

About the Area
Our house is located in the south part of the city, we are a few minutes walking distance from the beautiful river side, also a few minutes walking distance from two metro stations on the green line. It is usually 20 minutes or less to get to downtown from the metro.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
