Rooms including light breakfast for the entire stay and first day arrival dinner (minimum 90 days) can be yours if you book early! We have openings for September 2024 school start.
We are a family of 3 plus a small dog who live in London, Ontario Canada and we are looking to host female university and college students who are continuing their studies at the University of Western Ontario or Fanshawe College. We have 2 large second floor bedrooms. Shared bathroom with two sinks with another student and a large basement bedroom with a full bathroom.
We can also pick you up from the local airport for a small fee of $25 or Toronto airport for $200 fee. If you have questions, please send me a message. I can also video chat and show you the room you are interested in.

About the Area
Our house is located on a buss route close to University of Western Ontario (Western University). It's only 7 min by car, now the road. It's located in a quite newer neighborhood. All amenities, shopping and dining are a walking distance and only 15 min to downtown London.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

My stay at Argie's was absolutely wonderful during my exchange at Ivey. The home was always clean, and Argie was very supportive and always available to assist and reassure me. Both she and her partner were attentive to my needs, answering any questions I had, which made me feel very comfortable there. I highly recommend staying with them if you're going to London. Plus, their dog is simply adorable!

The best Host Ever

Such a grate experience with Argie and her family. The house was always clean, which made me feel comfortable to stay. They shared me a lot of interesting story, gave me good advices for my future, and I could experience different culture with them. Their dog always welcomed me when I came back home, which was so adorable. This is so sad I have to say goodbye to them. I am grateful to have met them during my study abroad.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
