My lovely, older home is nestled in a quiet, safe West Lethbridge neighborhood.
My home is surrounded by trees, birds and plants. Inside the home my two children are playing quietly together, even though they are getting older now. Our puppy-dog Charlie is stretched on the dog bed chewing a toy, and Max our tinniest dog is taking a nap. Our newest addition old dog Bo, who needed a forever family to love him, is sitting at my feet. It is so cozy and relaxed.
When you make this your home-away-from-home you are welcome to spend your time with the family in our kitchen, our deck and yard and our living spaces. However, if you need quiet time alone your private bathroom and bedroom is tucked away and is ready just for you. Your bathroom has a new sink, a shower and a toilet and your bedroom has new windows and a new carpet. Towels, sheets, bedding and a clean, quiet space is waiting for you!
Close by there is a bus stop that can take you to the college, the university or into down town Lethbridge. Some of my students have even chosen to ride my spare bike to the university! This is a quiet residential area of Lethbridge with awesome bike riding paths, roller blading paths, lakes and many green spaces. A five minute walk brings you to two grocery stores, banks and coffee shops.

Our house is located close to the University of Lethbridge so you can bike or take a bus to class. A five minute walk gets you to Starbucks, cafes, pubs and ice-cream.

House Rules
Please keep our home secure by locking door the door whenever you enter and leave. We have a home security system, you will be given your own code to unlock the doors.
If you are uncomfortably hot or cold, please let me know so I can help you.
Keep noise to a minimum (after 10pm and before 6am) please.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
You will be responsible for cleaning your private bathroom and bedroom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
