We are a middle-aged Asian couple who have travelled extensively and have enjoyed meeting new people. Hosting any smart and responsible international student would be an honour for us. Currently, we have a private and comfortable one-bedroom with a twin-size mattress Murphy bed, closet, desk and bookshelves available to host any international student/internship. Our building is Langley's newest development located near the bus exchange, close to hwy and close to shops and amenities. We also offer daily meals (additional cost) because we love to cook all types of food from Korean, and Canadian to Vietnamese dishes.

About the Area
Our apartment building is just right across Carvolth Bus Exchange so it's easy to get around Langley and even to downtown Vancouver and Airport. The Yorkson Park neighbourhood is the new up and coming trendy and safe neighbourhood for young families, close to all kinds of ammenties and shops.

Please keep your bedroom clean and remove any garbage daily.
Allow us to vacuum and clean your room twice per week.

Any transportation will be available for any important appointment/meeting related to school or health with at least 2 days advance notice. If any real emergency we will be available to help too.
An additional private parking fee of $100/mth if required.
Form K is required. We will provide you a form K to fill out and sign with a valid id.
Any meal request may be available within two days min. notice and within budget and health parameters.
All payments must be paid in full before arrival or as per the agreed payment option.
We required you to provide us with a government-issued photo id ( passport for international guests) upon arrival.

We have two small hypo-allergenic dogs who are very friendly. Unfortunately, we already maxed out on the # of pets allowed in our unit. Sorry, no additional pets allowed.
Only allowed to invite 1 guest upon advance approval and required information by the host family.

Amazing hosts, friendly and accommodative. Enjoyed the multi-cuisine delicious meals and stay. Highly recommend.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
