We live in a small village, 35 km. from the city of Sydney on the Atlantic Ocean. We have a small dory available for guests to row around in. Lots of scenery and very quiet. I have two spare bedrooms, one with standard bed and one with twin beds and a bathroom for guests to share. Large sitting room, two t.v.'s, verandah front and back all with ocean views. I will share my kitchen, but will prepare breakfast. We have a cat.

Lots of trails along the ocean for hiking. No bus service out here. The inlet is great for swimming or kayaking or boating. No bars, restaurants or stores within 15 minutes by car. Quiet, quaint village living. Eastern shore of Cape Breton Island.

Bei der Dickies war es wundervoll. Es ist zwar etwas weit nach Gabarus zu fahren aber es lohnt sich. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht. Die Dickies nehmen einen in ihre Familie auf. Das Frühstück schmeckt toll. In Gabarus gibt es nichts als Ruhe, Meer und Lobster. Man kann Stundenlang am Meer wandern oder einfach am Strand sitzen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, Schade das wir wegfahren mussten.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
