About the Area
The beltline is the cultural hub of Calgary, with the most amount of bars and restaurants in the city. Close to the mall TD square. It is next to the Stampede grounds and very close to all the summer events occurring for the Calgary Stampede.

This room and washroom will only be available during the first three weeks of July. Specifically for the Calgary Stampede. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible, and would like you to treat this as your own Oasis in the fun that is Calgary during the summer.
I will also be staying in the home. Likely out and about and I am more than open to assist, and be a tour guide, and answer any questions of your stay in the city.
Some ground rules -
- A 50% deposit must be made to secure the room. either through E-transfer or Paypal,
The remaining must be paid once arriving to the space.
- You are able to use the shared space as you desire, only please do not leave any personal belongings in this space.
- When using the kitchen, please clean after use. There will be kitchen paper and cleaner for this.
- You are able more than welcome to drink in this space. Just no partying at night, or after parties.
- Respect the space.
- No loud noises after 11pm
- No smoking - although this can be discussed.
- CANNOT Invite anyone to the home. Only person/people allowed are the renters.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
