I live in the Holy Spirit which is the fourth smallest state in Brazil. Located in the Southeast Region, the capital city of Victoria. The state is known as the land of the hummingbirds because their forests are rich in orchids and hummingbirds. The state has 73 islands. Located on the coast of the state, 50 of them are in the capital Victoria. According to the 2010 IBGE Census, evangelical churches are followed by 33.1% of Espirito Santo, which is the Holy Spirit the more evangelical state of Brazil. In their economy, we highlight the agriculture, livestock and mining. The Holy Spirit is the largest exporter of marble and granite in Latin America and the second largest miner of seaborne iron ore in the world. The Italians are very present in the life of society capixaba. It was they who founded many of the cities, and there are several groups of typical Italian dancing and partying Italian-inspired, as much culinary influence. The production of clay pots and crafts from shells of Piuma, producing necklaces, bracelets, ashtrays and ornaments of shells and snails, which are the most typical in the Holy Spirit. The state also has famous festivals such as the Feast of Polenta, the Winter Festival of Domingos Martins, the Festival of Art and Music Alegre and others. Tourist activity focuses on the coast, where there are beautiful beaches, such as Itaúnas and Guarapari. The peak Flag, third highest in the country, is another very popular tourist destination. The beaches of monazite sand Guarapari, recommended for the cure of rheumatism and arthritis, and the convent of Our Lady of Penha in Vila Velha, are its biggest attractions. The traditional agricultural product is coffee. Follow-up to it, in order of importance, maize, banana, cassava, beans, rice and cocoa. The capixaba cooking keeps the traditions learned from their colonizers and indigenous. It is based on fish prepared in clay pots. Are still the capixaba pie, the most popular dish, plus muxa (made with corn) and porridge leaves alternating with recipes of Italian and German origin, like polenta, the anholini, the minestrone soup to Pavesa, the sauerkraut, the sprout and the cannelloni.
