I would like to rent a room to people from other countries, preferably speaking English or Spanish. My mother passed away some time ago, now I only live with my father, three fish and two cats. I like to learn new languages and make new friends. As I have never hosted anyone, then I will charge cheap the first hosting to try to gain credibility on the site.For the first guest, I also offer a car transfer between the airport and my house.

Me gusta aprender nuevos idiomas y hacer nuevos amigos.Como nunca he alojado a nadie, cobraré barato el primer alojamiento para intentar ganar credibilidad en el sitio. Para el primer huésped, también ofrezco un traslado en automóvil entre el aeropuerto y mi casa.

About the Area
Our house is located on the east side of the city, in a quiet neighborhood far from the noise of the avenues. The house has a garden, a small pond with three carp and we also have two cats. We are 4 km (10 minutes) from São Mateus Metro station by car or Uber. There is also a bus stop 100 meters away, a 2-minute walk away. There is also a park nearby (Parque do Carmo) where you can walk, run or cycle.
Nuestra casa está ubicada en el lado este de la ciudad, en un barrio tranquilo lejos del ruido de las avenidas. La casa tiene un jardín, un pequeño estanque con tres carpas y también tenemos dos gatos. Estamos a 4 km (10 minutos) de la estación de metro São Mateus en automóvil o Uber. También hay una parada de autobús a 100 metros, a 2 minutos a pie. También hay un parque cercano (Parque do Carmo) donde se puede caminar, correr o andar en bicicleta.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
