House Rules
• In the case of an additional guest a fee must be charged and the request must be submitted to the host.
• Smoking is expressly prohibited in the bedroom, living room or bathroom of the apartment,
• Please always ask before lodging or communicate about:
• - use of the refrigerator;
• - Kitchen use - Long stays only
• They must turn off the lights when leaving and do not leave electrical equipment connected.
• Visits will not be allowed and access to the space will only be for the guest responsible for the reservation
• FOR RESERVATIONS ABOVE ONE WEEK
• The use of washing machine is subject to the conditions of the host as for the usage fee and will be negotiated only for long stays
• A shelf will be reserved in the refrigerator for the guest to use and the use of the kitchen must be agreed between the parties and all food, preparation material etc. must be purchased by the guest.
• The guest will not be allowed to use the pantry or items in the refrigerator owned by the host.
• For bookings longer than one week, we will charge additional weekly cleaning costs of R $ 50.00. In case the guest wants extra cleaning or ironing, this can be agreed upon.
• The guest should wash the dishes they use and remove the recyclable garbage from the room and put it in the bin, remove the garbage from the bathroom and take it to the trash before checkout.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
