Pertinho spacious house the center. We have a very big and cozy house that just reflects what is our family. We are all very close and always have fun! The house grew and showed us how good we always have around. The house is always full of friends and loved ones. We walked a lot, but our house is so delicious that soon makes you want to come back here. Being too cold in Rio Grande do Sul, the house has a large fireplace. We have six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large living room and a balcony overlooking the entire city. Moreover, it is very well located. We live near the center of New Hamburg, five minutes from the subway where we can go to Porto Alegre. To go to the mountains, swooping just over an hour. There are no tourist towns with incredible natural beauty and urban centers. We love going out and learn more of these cities.The street we live, however, is quiet and when we let go our dog, a beautiful Golden Retriever named Oslo, to roller skate and play with it because it does not spend a lot of car and have a dear and peaceful neighborhood. Near here also have holiday parties, and at home there are two girls, 20 and 22, and many friends around town to stroll and enjoy. I believe that will be the perfect place to meet the country! About the Area
Our house is located in an urban area of New Hamburg. Is near the center, about 10 minutes walk is the metro, one of the malls, and in 15 minutes are the main banks, mail service and the bus stop that goes to all city neighborhoods. The other shoping the city, a very famous Outlet selling big brands for low price, is 15 minutes for those going by car. The bus stop of the local neighborhood to other parts of the city is on the street corner, less than 5 minutes. At night there is a full of cafes, bars and party houses, we do not give more than 20 minutes EPAs, or drive 10 minutes area. In just 1 hour a car arrives in Brazil's most famous mountain range, the Sierra Gaucha, which has beautiful cities and major tourist movement. Even the road is in 15 minutes EPAs in the city center, opposite the shoping.The nearby towns are at their most tourist: or large urban centers (such as Porto Alegre) or saw (Gramado, Canela, New Petrópoles, Ivoti).

House Rules
Smoking inside the house is not allowed. The gate and the doors are always locked to keep the peace of the family and security. Each has his bunch of keys. You can enjoy the cooking at home, but should always maintain the cleanliness. After midnight we must have respect and not make much noise. Let me know if you invite someone by mobile phone message. Take care of it the same way you would take care of her.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
