We live in the center of a town in the interior of Rio de Janeiro in a fit, with 2 qtos, 01 suite and another bathroom near the kitchen, living room, kitchen, average kitchen, building with 01 flight of stairs. with a terrace for washing clothes, barbecue, study, read, put a network, we have a bike to get around very peaceful and hospitable city, without any violence, with places for bathing in the waterfalls ... and we also have 02 homes in the area rural, one with 01 room with air conditioning, balcony with barbecue stove wood stove, bathroom, sauna and garden with fruit trees, waterfall next to bath and greenery> it is a beautiful place, paradise, with a well Ecological Reserve next that also offers, as an object of study for biologists, researchers and foreigners in general. The other house has 02 rooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, yard with only 01 fed coconut and garage for cars 02/03> but this house there will be no one to keep you company!

About the Area
Our house is located in downtown, very close to the local bus (this bus offers bus and alternative transportation to various districts or neighboring cities). View the Supermarket Vidal which is just in front of the bus, pass by his car and go out on the street from our house. If the market is closed, enter the street next to the shop, walk for 2 minutes and will be in the street from our house. The building is the second on the street and anyone will know indicate where it is! The area is surrounded by local trade, with many shops, pharmacies, restaurants, beauty salons, laboratories, etc ... In other homes, to rural area, you need to board a bus at the bus station of the city which will take you by beautiful roads and quite wooded, for a fantastic place much more quiet and green. But there will be 16 km from the city center, there exists 01 market with various products, bakery, cafeteria and bars serving meals, snacks and sandwiches. But there is no pharmacy, must be provided with repellents and other emergency medications, such as: alcohol, rifamycin, esparadro, band-aids, medicines for headaches, fever and other surprises that you can have, being in climate and different from the usual places.

House Rules
The Breakfast of Time, will be according to what the guest needs: time, food preference and quantity. We varied tastes, so must be respected each. The guest will departure time and arrival to circumscribe spaces and without company. Hosting refers only to a guest or amount established at the time of the agreement.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
