I live almost in front of the beach in a 3 bedroom apartment. The building is in front of a piece of land belonging to the city hall, which is being made a garden and trees are being planted, so the apartment will never lose its view of the sea. As my daughters no longer live with me, I thought it was a good idea to enter this site. My apartment is on Intermares beach, in Cabedelo, 10 minutes from João Pessoa, capital of Paraíba. Intermares beach has 3 small supermarkets, 4 or 5 pharmacies and 24 hour ATMs, 1 gas station, 2 or 3 restaurants and some bars, as well as gyms, Beach tennis, and also free gym provided by the Cabedelo city hall . It is a small, safe, tree-lined and quiet neighborhood, which still has a summer beach atmosphere. It is worth noting that Intermares is a great beach for surfing and kite surfing. There are bus stops on the beach avenue (Avenida Oceano Atlantico), as well as on the Cabedelo road (Br-230), although an Uber from here to Joao Pessoa will not be expensive.
My apartment is small (around 90 m²), but it has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite (my bedroom), 1 WCS, two living rooms, kitchen, service area, balcony. It is on the fifth floor, with a beautiful view of the sea. The building has a swimming pool with leisure area on the roof, 24 hour doorman, security cameras, caretaker.
I don't have pets.
I only rent 1 room, as I sleep in the suite, and one of the rooms is my office, as I work remotely, that is, I work on the computer in my own home. The room I'm renting has a double bed, a ceiling fan and a wooden hanger for guests to store their clothes and belongings. The room is small but comfortable.

About the Area
My building is located on the beach in Intermares in Cabedelo, 10 min from Joao Pessoa, Paraiba. Intermares is known for being a great beach to kite surf, surf as well, although no large waves. It is a clean, beautiful, in a green and quiet neighborhood beach.

Keep the apartment clean, not making noises between before and 8 hours after 23 hours, do not receive visits without my permission.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
