Hello, I am a friendly working solo mum with a 4 year old boy.
We love the outdoors and on weekends like to swim, play and visit family and friends. During the week we're home around 545pm and it's all go for dinner, bath and bed usually.
I work 5 days a week (sometimes 1 day at home) and he attends pre school 5 days.
We are in the innerwest in great village like suburb, Summer Hill. The train station is 5 mins walk and if you walk over the railway you hit the Village with boutique bars, and cafes and shops. It is a friendly neighbourhood and a quiet street where our home is
I am an interested person and love to help in terms of suggestions for food, sight seeing or just getting to know the processes of living in Sydney.

About the Area
Located in a village like community called Summer Hill. Our street is quiet but just 3 -5 min walk takes you to the heart of the village with cafes, boutique bars and shops. The train station also 5 mins away which takes you to the city or the west on a direct line. There is also an option to walk 3 mins to a bus stop to catch a bus to the city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
