My 2 Bedroom 2 Story Townhouse is located in the Me;bourne Suburb of Laverton, 25 minutes from Melbourne CBD.
The bedroom has its own Ensuite (shower and Toilet) a cupboard and full length Mirrors, Its a quiet location and great for studying or just relaxing. A desk and chair can be provided if required.
I live at home with 2 cats, they are very friendly, well behaved and would love someone to play with when I'm at work.
There are two living areas, I am upstairs most of the time, Downstairs is where the available room is located with a full size kitchen, large dining table, lounge and treadmill.
Train Station is an easy 200m walk.
I have travelled extensively and have a great interest in other cultures, food and world events.

About the Area
Our house is located ina quiet street only 200m from the train station with regular services to Melbourne City and Altona Beach.
There is a Korean Supermarket close by and a Normal Australian Supermarket (IGA)
Thai, Malaysian, Korean and Indonesian restaurants are within 15 minutes walk. The Post Office is also close as are Buses going to other areas of Melbourne including Large Shopping centres at Point Cook.
The Area is well serviced by Uber Eats with very good Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and food from Other Countries available. Amazon delivers the Same or Next day.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
