Newly beautifully fully renovated apartment 3km from Maroubra beach and Coogee Beach, close to scenery walks and parks, public transports and shops.
The apartment is 1 of only 4 and we have a big garden at the back.
Bus to the city and Bondi Junction is right outside the apartment and the new light rail is about 1km away.
You will be staying in a spacious, bright bedroom with a brand new queen size bed. Top quality mattress, luxury pillows and linen.
You'll be living with myself, a single mum, and the sweetest little 5yo boy who's in daycare 4 days a week, 3 night/week with his dad and out pretty much all weekend. We are also in bed by 8.30pm - both myself and my son so you will have the place to yourself after that time.
However, I am happy to show you around and spend time together if you'd like.
I am originally from Italy so I speak both Italian and English.

About the Area
The place is located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, close to some of the most beautiful beaches but also only 15 minutes to Bondi Junction and to Sydney CBD.
Maroubra and Coogee Beach are only 3km distance and there a number of gorgeous costal walks nearby. We are also close to Malabar beach, La Perouse beach and Little Bay beach, all perfect for swimming and relaxing if you don't like the surfing beaches of Coogee and Maroubra.
The area offers a variety of shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Meals

The host is very nice and she helped me with many things although she didn't have to. However, I used to wake up in the morning because of the noise. Mostly I had to spend most of the day out and one day I decided to come early and it was noisy too.

The host cancelled the booking 21 days before the arrival date.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
