Located on the outskirts of funky Freo we have been lovingly creating our own little village for the past 12 years. We are a family of keen travellers and our four mostly grown-up children and their partners come and go. We have 2 houses on our property, one of which is set-up to accommodate guests, the other is a work in progress which accommodates the family and our little dog, Bruno.
The property is just 2km away from the famous Fremantle Markets, cappuccino strip, first class beaches and the Swan River. It is less then 300m from the Golf Course and picturesque Booyeembara Park and Montreal St Skate Park.
The guest house is a well appointed, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and can accommodate up to 9 people + an infant in a cot and child in a portable bed. The main feature is the designer kitchen with adjoining Balinese style pavilion, private walled garden and a luxurious new bathroom. The bus stop is only 200m from the door and an uber ride anywhere in Freo is usually about $7. There is also gated off-street parking and a separate entry exclusively for guest use. We also provide free wi-fi and Netflix.
Please note that pricing is seasonal which this site does not allow for, thus we have shown averages. Please contact us for a quote, when staying at "The Fremantle House" - you get the whole house - no sharing!!

About the Area
Our house is located on the fringe of Fremantle. It is a 15minute walk into the Fremantle city centre and from there it is a 25 minute train ride into Perth City. there is also 3 bus stops within 200m of the house which will take you anywhere.

House Rules
There is strictly no smoking within the house, however we do have a very pleasant undercover area with ashtrays outside where you are welcome to smoke. Out of respect for our neighbours we insist that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. If you are looking for a venue to host a 21st party, hens night, etc, this is not the home for you.
When you rent a room at "The Fremantle House", you get the whole house - no sharing!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
