A beautiful brand new home built with luxurious finishes. We offer two furnished private bedrooms with a shared three way bathroom. Stunning polished concrete floors downstairs with a designer kitchen including butlers pantry over looking a baby grand piano and the main living space.
The house is environmentally friendly with solar generating over 3 fold more than usage. Four large water tanks have been installed and the entire home runs on 3 stage filtered rain water or filtered mains in the dry months.

We are a young couple with two cute and affectionate dogs. Kristina is an interior designer/project manager and Corey used to run his own Electrical contracting business but is now a full time student studying physics at flinders university. We like to relax with the company of our dogs, family and friends and enjoy exploring the locales in the hills around the city.

A beautiful area aplenty of local parks. A short 15 minute walk to the beach or a 15 minute bus ride and you are in the heart of the CBD. Close proximity to Adelaide Airport being only a 5 minute car ride. Henley square is a constant scene of buzz with plenty of eateries and entertainment. Located centrally to Adelaide, its a prime location for efficient travels North or South of the city.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
