We are, well we were a large family, we have 7 children who already have their own families and rented rooms, my house as we call all is warm and we are very familieros, we serve our guests with dedication, we breakfast and dinner low cost and do not let go with meals or use the kitchen for cleaning purposes as they do not have permanent service. We have 5 rooms, 1 for a couple (king size bed), one with two very cute little beds that can be joined for couples (are somniers), one of three beds and two family 2 beds (bunks)
There is a large bathroom and two more boys, all with showers, everything is newly renovated.
There is maid service Monday through Friday, police surveillance every day and many businesses around.
If this is a good project we are planning to enlarge two rooms and a bathroom.

July 2015
We stayed with Silvia and her husband Rudolfo for five nights. It was myself and my two children aged 4 and 6. I would not recommend this homestay for anyone traveling with children or anyone who wants to eat their own food.
Silvia was very helpful at giving us ideas of places to visit in the city each day and how to get to those places on the city buses.
Breakfast consists of 2 slices of toast, jam and tea / coffee. For anything more elaborate the cost is $3. Dinner may be purchased for $10 per person. We chose not to have the dish of the day and learned that when they say guests may not use the kitchen, they mean you may not even bring food into the apartment. One day we came home with left over pizza from our dinner out. The next morning we were handed the pizza and told we could not eat it at the apartment. This was very inconvenient.
Our room was very basic and small for the 3 beds. The apartment was kept clean - they have a cleaning lady Monday - Friday. The bathroom is very small and basic.
There is an area at the back of the apartment for their guests to hang out. In fact, that is the only area that Silvia wanted us to be. One evening the children went to say hello to Silvia while she was watching tv and were shouted back into the back area and I was told to keep them there at all times.
Rudolfo can drive you to / from the airport. The cost is $35 each way.
