Beatriz lives in an apartment in a small complex of three located in the neighborhood of College of the City of Buenos Aires, which is characterized by its tranquility, many public means of transport and proximity to a very interesting area with pubs, restaurants, and cafes . The apartment has four bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room and kitchen. The dining room opens onto a patio that is perfect for dining outdoors in spring and summer. It features Wi-Fi, so that guests can bring their computers and use them all the time. No pets, but plenty of entertainment to offer. About the Area
The district is bordering College Belgrano. College is a leafy neighborhood with little buildings of great size, which makes it very familiar. We're about 10 blocks of two Underground lines and within two blocks around we spend 10 lines of public passenger transport. 12 blocks is the Cabildo, which is a shopping center with boutiques, fashion items, shoes and cinema complex.

Please keep our home safe and closes the gates locked so when you enter, and when you leave the house. Warn when your usual return time change unexpectedly in the house No pets are allowed. How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
