We are a family of 3 adults that we are from Basque country. For 3 adults she offers us 2 individual beds, what supposes to sleep to bad. She usually only accepts foreign students but we stayed with her for 10days. House is about 20 minutes by bus from Bristol city centre. Laura and her partner were welcoming and friendly. House not particularly tidy and cleaned. Our room was on the top floor up three flights of stairs. Ensuite bathroom with toilet, hand basin, shower. The room was never cleaned during our 10 days stay or bin emptied, and never changed the towels and bed sheets. It wasn’t any lock on the door and anyone could have wandered in uninvited! During our stay, she went out to London for a 5 days, and she leave us without bread, milk and toilet paper. But thank you for welcome us in your home accommodation.
