Terry and his wife were such great hosts! I stayed there for a week. Parking was really easy, the unit has a dedicated bathroom and the whole unit was very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was very kind and they cared for us to relax. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and the atmosphere was very good.

You will feel well cared for and very welcomed. Breakfasts were exceptional and greatly enjoyed and appreciated!The room is very quiet and comfortable and the shower is easily accessible and large! Transportation is convenient and efficient! We used Uber and Lyft and both worked really well to spend time each day with nearby family!
We hope out next visit will find this room available!!

The Chen's were very hospitable, it was nice to park the car and with their assistants get local transport into town, a very lovely stay.

Terry and Cindy were amazing hosts to their two guests from Japan, Noriko and Yuko. They are an experienced hosts family so language barrier was a non-issue! They made sure to make Noriko & Yuko feel at home and to give them the genuine homestay experience they were looking for. Can't thank them enough for their outstanding hospitality and hope we get to meet again soon!

Terry and hos wife where really great! If there was anything we needed they helped us with it. Great location and a good neighbourhood. !

Terry and Cindy's house is ideally placed for transport around San Francisco. We had the privacy of a room and enquire and use of a fridge, separate from the main house. But they were also there to help and gave us a warm welcome. Cindy's breakfasts were great, a challenge for her because my friend is vegan. Thoroughly recommend this 'Homestay'!

Terry et Cindy sont des hôtes absolument charmants, très soucieux du confort et du bien-être de leurs invités. Ils sont toujours prêts à rendre service. La chambre est agréable et la maison bien située dans un quartier résidentiel facilement accessible en bus et en métro en 20-25 mn depuis le centre de SF. C'est vraiment une adresse à recommander pour ceux qui ne veulent pas résider downtown. Excellent souvenir de ce séjour chez Terry et Cindy.
