Kate is a wonderful host, always smiling, ready to help, and lovely to talk to. The flat is located in a very good location, everything I needed was in a walking distance, and the neighborhood is tidy and quiet, even though it is in a busy area. I really enjoyed my stay at Kate's place.

Very happy with this stay. The flat and room were very clean and the street and flat are pretty quiet considering it's in the middle of London, so I had no problems sleeping. Kate is very friendly and though doing her own thing is happy to chat when she had time. I had a family emergency while there and she was lovely and also helpful sending on something which I left in the flat by accident. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Kate and Kate's house was amazing! The house was located in central London. It's close to most tourism points, and I could go anywhere easily because there were 4 underground stations within 10 to 15 minutes walk. My room was clean and cozy as well. The host Kate was so welcoming. Whenever I had problem with something, Kate always tried to help. Thanks to Kate for making my stay in London for 15 nights a wonderful memory, thank you!
