I paid the rent for a room that the picture she posted, but she gave me a "room" with a extra single bed converted from dinning room. Breakfast was only provided one morning and I did washing machine 3 times She said I did it three times a week... Think twice before you book and make sure the room you pay is correct.

Maria was a very warm and welcoming host. The home is exceptional, beautifully furnished and comfortable. I have never stayed anywhere with such splendour, much better than a five star hotel, I would suggest. it is within walking distance of a lively Cascais, or a 5 euro taxi ride.

Maria is a very inspiring person, she can share a lot of her experiences and is prompt to bring all help needed to visit the area. She can speak fluent French and was happy to practise morning and evening. A very warm welcome, and the presence of her 3 dogs that made the charming place very friendly.
