My House是一栋两层半D房屋，位于市区东部一个安静而干净的郊区住宅区，距樟宜机场10分钟车程，东距约5公里，距火车站3个机场的链接通过火车和直达巴士服务相连。西边的金融中心距离酒店有8公里，东西线（绿线）上有7个火车站。酒店的南部是东海岸公园和海滨，距离酒店有1公里。附近有3个购物商场区，均在2公里范围内，设有精致的餐厅，餐馆和美食广场。商店和银行就在马路对面，最近的巴士站距离酒店有2分钟的步行路程。房子有6个房间，4个房间位于楼上，供客人使用，主人房，小型主人房，宽敞的公共休息室和普通的公共休息室。两间公共休息室共用浴室，两间主卧室设有自己的连接浴室。 一楼的2个房间是我自己占据的客房和我作为办公室加倍的书房。我是半退休的，是维修工作和照看房子及其住户的唯一住宿业主。普通公共休息室非常受机场接待客人的欢迎。我的房子有一个绿色的花园和屋顶花园。我是唯一的留下来的老板，我已经70多岁了，仍然健康，敏捷，我的兴趣在于阅读和金融研究。我偶尔走路，参与社区工作。我是一名中国人，我精通普通话，英语和马来语，我会讲一些中国方言。我家的最小/最大停留时间从1到365天不等。如果您需要进一步的信息或任何其他疑问，欢迎您给我发电子邮件。

7.每晚价格为2人的标准人数，额外客人的费用为每人每晚$ 30。
8.入住时间在1300到1500小时之间，退房时间在1200小时之间。在此窗口外的任何入住，退房时间都将得到确认。
保证金还应包括客人的有意非公司，滥用公用事业和不当行为。

catastrofa!!! do not go there!!! very, very, very dirty, starting from the entrance, throughout living room and bathrom shared with other guests to the rented
room without bedding and towels. when we asked for clean towel we got gray dirty again, so I did not try anymore but bought towel to lay on it and one for dry the face. I used bathrom for toalet only - couldn't take a shower. we washed ouselwes elswhere. we rushed out in early mornings and came back around midnight since we had full programme includin sightseeing and swiming. after 4 nights of horor we managed to chage for more decent place.房主回复
The good the bad and the ugly that is you.
1. Good is because you booked my home stay. I asked you for
comment of your stay, your reply was it is satisfactory. We spoke
cordially in our short conversations due to your coming back late
at night.2. Bad, is because you lied in your review.
When you checked in I provided you with your requests. The
bath towels were changed to a new sets and you were asked to
smell them to ascertain that they were fresh. I gave you the
map and showed you the way to the 24-hour food court,
shopping areas and 24 hr supermarket, eateries etc which is
just a stone throw away. The house and bathroom was cleaned by
myself daily althought the house is not that well organised.3. Ugly, is because you checked out secretly on the 4th day of your
5-day stay without paying for your stay price.Please conduct your act with a heart!

Mr. Ho was very kind and easy to deal with. Our room has very good aircon which my daughters really liked. And he's the only one in Homestay accepting few days stay - cool.

Mr Ho was a nice person but my family and I had other plans so we didn't end up staying there.

Es tut mir leid, sagen zu müssen, dass das Haus sehr unordentlich, schmutzig und alt ist. Mr. Ho ist sehr nett, aber leider der Aufgabe nicht mehr gewachsen.

Someone wants to stay at your own place like freedom, calm and very traditional nature home experience, This is the location who want to stay. Thank you very much Mr. Ho for everything. You are like my grandfather. Sorry about didn't stay with long period with your location. If I have a chance I ll join with your location in future .
