房子有3个房间，客厅，两个浴室，衣柜，阳台和厨房。
公寓位于罗马一个安静的区域。距离地铁B有5分钟路程，可驾车抵达。 Serenissima车站正下方是前往Tiburtina车站的火车站（7分钟路程）。我们为客人提供两间舒适的客房。在房子里住Anna（老板）Antonia（甜奶奶）和Samuele（Anna的儿子）。家犬叫Kyo，非常好，深情，体积小。

Anna is very welcoming
The neighbourhood where she lives is interesting to discover, even if it's not touristic
The only negative point for me (who lives in a smaller city) is that the place (building and flats) is little noisy at night六月 2022

Anna est très serviable et accueillante. Sa mère Antonia est une adorable grand-mère avec laquelle j'ai pu converser en Italien. Sa patience a été infinie pour m'apprendre des réussites avec des cartes Napolitaines. L'endroit est calme avec une rue commerçante à 200 mètres. Le centre de Rome est très facile et rapide d'accès. Le tout fait que je prévois d'y revenir avant la fin de l'année.

Anna was a lovely and flexible host. I enjoyed the location in a "normal" area of Rome outside the tourist district, yet with a 5 minute bus ride I was on the B metro and able to get anywhere. As a single female traveler I felt quite comfortable in the area, because there are so many flats and people around. Everything you could need (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, bus, metro, tram) was nearby. If you are happy to take public transportation, it was an easy trip from the Rome Ciampino Airport (take bus 520 to Cinecitta Piazza then get on bus 548 toward Serenissima). I look forward to staying with Anna again next time I visit Rome.

This is my second time to stay Anna's home.She is a great host, and her mum is a nice lady too.She picked up us from Metro station and baked two large Pizzas for us at home because we came at late night . Thank you very much Anna and your family members.We definitely come back if we are coming to Rome again.All the best and good luck.

Anna was a generous and helpful hostess. She picked me up at TIburtina station and drove me to her apartment in a neighbourhood I wasn't familiar with. When I was planning my research and exploration, she wrote detailed notes with metro / bus numbers and directions to destinations. She also helped with Italian expressions since I'm trying to master basic conversation for ongoing research. I especially enjoyed early mornings and evenings relaxing on her balcony, sipping coffee in the AM and vino in the PM. Her mother, Antonia, was friendly and eager to see if I needed anything such as laundry, an important issue since I pack light for long trips and need clothes washed every couple days.
