在我自己的、经过全面装修的公寓里，我为那些想要尝试不同寄宿家庭的人准备了 2 间漂亮的房间：我喜欢与客人互动，给他们很多关于这个美丽城市的建议，尤其是让他们有宾至如归的感觉，住在我家不仅仅是租一个匿名的房间而已。:)
您会发现毯子、床单和枕头，这些都是休息所需的一切。
如果您愿意，您可以使用厨房，只需问我如何使用即可。
24 小时免费无线网络和热水。房间里没有空调，但夏天有风扇。
我会把公寓的钥匙给你，这样你就可以自由进出，没有任何问题。没有宵禁，也没有清洁费。
我的公寓位于一栋 6 层楼的 2 楼，有电梯。
16 点后办理入住。我下班回来时是 40（周一到周五，周末灵活），退房时间总是灵活的，我不喜欢像酒店那样把人赶出去 ;)
考虑到你会和我合住这间公寓，如果你能给我发一些关于你的信息，比如你和谁一起旅行，你的旅行目的等，我将不胜感激。谢谢 :)

这是一个“真正的”佛罗伦萨附近，只需15-20分钟的步行距离市中心：你会活得像一个地方，方便地访问所有的turistic景点。商店，超市，餐馆等。附近的一切！从中央火车站（新圣母玛利亚），您可以轻松地通过步行到达我的房子在10-15分钟，否则公交车在4-5分钟，22线，23或57公交站远30米，距离我的建筑，门票€1.20有效期90分钟。机场10分钟路程，乘坐出租车或从火车站穿梭巴士（€6）15分钟，如果我回家，我可以给你一程或接你，就问，不要害羞;）

Parecia que estávamos em casa, o Sabino não recebeu muito bem e inclusive deu varias dicas uteis sobre os lugares. Lugar super central e limpo. Recomendo

Savino es un muy buen host, es muy amigable, nos guió muy bien por Florencia, con grandes recomendaciones, su casa está bien ubicada y es fácil llegar al centro desde allí, todo muy limpio y en general, todo estuvo super bien. Nos ayudó a dejar las maletas al momento de salir y siempre estuvo super abierto a ayudarnos.

We absolutely loved our stay with Savino. He was very accommodating, he gave us some great recommendations in regard to food, activities, sites. Both in Firenze and the country side. We couldn't recommend him higher.

The stay at Savino's was delightful. The place of full of good energy and there's a very homey vibe that you'll most likely will love. Savino is really helpful and extraordinary in giving advices about the best places to see, eat etc. I would highly recommend a stay at his place. I'll come back for sure.

Savino was a great host. Extremely helpful, accommodating and welcoming! And his place is very well situated in a "real" neighbourhood, but still close to all the attractions.

Along with the great location and insights of Savino, we had a glorious 4 night stay! Pay attention to his recommendations as HE KNOWS FLORENCE!
Savino’s home is neat and clean! The bedrooms are LARGE! He has several binders filled with glowing words, thanks and big praises from his homestay peeps! That says a LOT if you read reviews.
The bus stop into the city is about 75’ from his home. It’s great that ‘The Family Bar’ (coffee shop) is right beside the bus stop for a morning coffee or pastry. The barista is great!
There are several restaurants very close to Savino’s home which is fabulous.

Savino was a wonderful host. He gave us plenty of space but also helped us out greatly to find our way around the city and know all the good places to visit. Highly recommend his place to anyone travelling to Florence :)

Lovely apartment, room is a great size and kept very clean. Saving is very welcoming and helpful. He gave us plenty of tips on visiting Florence. Transportation links fantastic. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Savino

I had a great time in Florence with Savino. Savino is a great host. He is friendly and helpful. He provided me with a map and gave me a lot of suggestions/advice about Florence. His apartment is clean and spacious. It is located in a nice neighborhood. It is within walking distance of the train station and the attractions of Florence. Savino helped to make my stay much easier and problem free. Savino is a 5-star host- I highly recommend him and would like to return one day
