We live in a big house. I am a German and English teacher. I like dancing and music. Four rooms for guests are on the 1st floor, we live downstairs in the same house. There is a little kitchen for you, too. You can share our nice garden and have a barbeque. Guests who book for 1 month or longer must bring their own towels and toilet paper, bedsheets and bedlinen are in the room of course.

Unser Haus liegt im Norden der Stadt in einer ruhigen, grünen Umgebung. . Es sind nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn, die alle 5 Min. zum Zentrum fährt, auch nachts, 2 Stationen oder 10 Minuten Fußweg zum großen Einkaufscenter, indem ihr nahezu alles bekommt, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Supermarkt, 20 Min. mit der Tram bis zum Alexanderplatz. Es gibt 5 wunderschöne Seen zum Teil zu Fuß erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe, davon 2 Badeseen.

You can smoke on the balcony or on the terrace. Please be quiet and take other consideration. No strong alcohol and no drugs. 20 € final cleaning (1 month or longer stay 40€) and 5% city tax (in Berlin unfortunately regulation if you don´t work in Berlin) must be paid.
Not suitable for kids under the age of 3.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

Es ist alles da was man braucht aber natürlich darf man keinen Luxus erwarten, das war uns aber klar. Wir sind nur zum Schlafen gekommen. Es gab nichts günstiger zu der Zeit in der Umgebung. Ich hab leider aufgrund meiner Hauterkrankung es für wichtig erhalten das alles sauber ist, da hätte ich mir mehr Hygiene gewünscht. Mich hat leider viel gejuckt und gekratzt, meinem Mann am letzten Tag auch und er hat keine Hauptprobleme.

Jeder Gast hat bis jetzt die Sauberkeit und Hygiene in unserem Haus gelobt. Euer "Jucken und Kratzen" hatte dann wohl andere Ursachen. Das Abwaschen des Geschirrs musstet ihr natürlich selbst übernehmen

Judith, I find your review strange. My other reviews are excellent and show I am a very clean person. However I should reply - firstly, You ask me upon arrival for 40 Euro final cleaning after your homestay profile says 19 Eu, which I paid and I think is enough to clean the room for new guests. Considering I rent the homestay for one month, with no cleaning service which you also did not state on the profile and which is unusual for a homestay, (maybe okay for a student house). Further dishonesty meant you emailed me 3 days before I arrive for a one-month stay, to tell me towels will be 2Eu each ‘because of Covid’. Ridiculous. 2 Eu of course is not a big deal actually, but the money-making trick is unnecessary and unfair which you also don’t mention in the profile, and considering I pay nearly 700 Euro for the month – you think you would not be childish asking for 2 euros extra for a towel!
The mess you said? Do you mean towels and sheets not folded on the bed or the floor not polished? I GAVE YOU 19 Euro which is enough.
This homestay is quite comfortable and 40 minutes by 2 trams into town. And the host Judith is nice person (at least on the surface).房主回复
We have never had a guest who left the room such an untidy ( the fridge and the furniture you didn’t put back in their original place) and dirty level

Judith ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, jederzeit einen super Tipp und um das Wohlbefinden bemüht!! Zimmer sind super sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Jederzeit wieder, danke für den tollen Aufenthalt :)

The best accommodation we could ask for. If you are a random person planning a trip to Berlin and checking multiple possibilities and reading all the reviews possible, go for this one! The house is located in a nice area with beautiful view on a backyard. Our room was clean and neat with Wifi, fridge, TV etc.. All of this was for such a great prize. Judith gave us very helpful recommendations about travelling, food, sightseeing and much more. Thank you. Bis zum nächsten Mal! Greetings from Slovakia
