Edel was a fantastic host and has a really nice casa. The room was really comfortable and the breakfast was great. There is a nice porch to sit and relax, which was really good as it is a bit away from the centre of town so is very relaxing. The distance from the centre did not matter at all as the walk is very easy. As soon as we arrived Edel set us up with a fantastic visit to a tobacco farm and horse ride, which were a highlight of our entire trip. He was also fantastic at suggesting what else we can do. His fluent English was so helpful and would make staying with him worthwhile alone.

Mi estancia con esta familia maravillosa fue la mejor de mi viaje por Cuba. Edel y sus papas son muy amables, cariñosos, atentos y de mucha ayuda. La bonita casa, el porche con dos sillones con vista al jardín preciosa.. Me encantó este lugar! La habitación olía fresca y limpia, era muy cómoda y acogedor. El desayuno muy rico. Muchas gracias por todo, espero nos veamos otra vez!

Notre séjour chez Edel a été absolument génial. Le lieu est au calme à moins de 5 min du centre de Vignales. Nous recommandons la Casa d'Edel qui sera aussi vous accompagner et faire connaître sa région.

We had a wonderful stay here! Edel (the host ) was so helpful and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. He organised our horse trips and had lots of recommendations of authentic Cuba restaurants.
His parents were so welcoming and the room we stayed in clean and comfortable and we had our own bathroom.
I would highly recommend this casa

For us it was a pleasure to stay at home and to share with them was wonderful, always from each guest we learn a lot and know more about other cultures, they felt very comfortable and enjoyed the Valley very well, we hope to return someday and always they will be more than welcome. And we recommend them totally as top 5 guests.

I had a lovely stay with Edel and his family. They were extremely welcoming and helped me with everything, including booking taxis and trips, or getting information. Edel is very friendly and easy to talk to, I enjoyed chatting to him and learning more about Cuba. His mum is an amazing cook, both breakfast and dinner were gorgeous, and they are quite flexible about the prices. The room is comfy and clean, and thanks to the location also really quiet. I absolutely loved the porch with the rocking chairs. I was travelling in Cuba alone, and all the help and advice I got from Edel helped me feel relaxed and safe, and to have a fabulous time in Vinales.

Edel and his family were very sweet hosts, helping us moving around in the Viñales area. They answerd all are questions and were also honest and loving towards us. Edel is fluent in English and his parents are learning as well, so communication is very easy. They never pressed us to do anything we didn´t want to and they were great at understanding our needs. The room was nice and clean and Edel's family are now building a little apartment for guests with own kitchen, so we will definitely go back to see it one day!

Edel et sa famille nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie et gentillesse dans leur jolie maison, qui se trouve légèrement à l'écart du centre ville dans un quartier tranquille et agréable. La chambre est très propre, grande, bien équipée et agréablement décorée. Edel nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur les activités à faire à Viñales et nous a aidé à mieux connaitre et comprendre la culture cubaine. Fortement recommandé !
