Preferimos el pago en efectivo, el cual el huésped puede efectuar cuando lo desee. Brindamos servicio de desayuno no así de comidas. No se permiten visitas, no se permite fumar en la habitación, solo se fuma en el balcón, no se ingieren comidas en la habitación, no se permiten mascotas, no se permite el AC con puertas y ventanas abiertas.
Normas Covid-19:
- Es importante limpiar las manos con sustancias desinfectantes con frecuencia.
- Usar el naso buco en la calle.
- Al entrar al apartamento pasar los pies por la frazadas colocadas en la puerta de entrada.

L'arrivée chez Gerardo s'est très bien passée, il a été accueillant et sympathique avec nous. Il connaît parfaitement sa ville et les activités à y faire. Il saura vous orienter et répondre à vos questions.
Nous sommes reconnaissant d'être tombé sur une personne aussi bienveillante. De plus la chambre était impeccable三月 2023
We had a good stay in Varadero, Gerardo helped us to organize tours and taxi, and also helped me with the bank, as I was running short of cash and my card was rejected in the ATM. Thanks to his suggestions I could withdraw more cash and eat :) He also gave great tips on what to visit and the location/state of his apartment is great, with air conditioning and 2 minutes walking from the beach

Gerardo y su esposa Vivi son personas maravillosas.
Nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra casa. Gerardo estaba siempre pendiente que estuviéramos bien. Nos daba recomendaciones.
La habitacion y el balcon estaba muy bien. La playa esta a 150 metros (5 min caminando). Probablemente la mejor zona porque esta alejado de los grandes hoteles y en la playa hay poca gente.

Gerardo is very warm and welcoming! He goes the extra mile for his guests. The suite is very cozy, charming and clean! You have a nice balcony for morning breakfasts! It is one block from the beach, and all restaurants and amenities! There is a hop on hop off bus one block away that will take you all over varadaro for $5 uSD.

Gerardo & Vivi are the best hosts. Very cheerful and playful people. They understand how to help the guest’s needs and they are always ready to serve. I was very happy with choosing their clean and comfortable apartment, which was located in a quite zone of Varadero. It is a perfect place for shorter or longer stays as well. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the utilities needed. Thank you!

We loved our stay with Gerardo and Vivien! We mostly spoke with Gerardo. He is a very kind man, who loves to help. He helps arrange anything you need and gives directions and advice for what to do and which places to visit. He also provided delicious Cuban coffee in the mornings. It was a very welcoming first experience in Cuba! The place was basic but clean, it had everything we needed (including a very comfortable bed, fridge, airconditioning and a drawer with a lock). Location is also great; close to the beach and at walking distance of the boulevard and restaurants.

Gerardo is a wonderful host! He was very helpful with every question we had about our stay. We had a great time in his house. The room is nice and clean. 100%recommend

Thank you Gerardo for our stay. We liked Varadero, the great beach which is really close by and also the balcony to sit on in the morning and evening was perfect. As a host you did a perfect job with the Coffee in the morning for Frank, the Wi-Fi when we needed it, and the bike rental.

Gerardo ha sido un anfitrión maravilloso. Desde el primer momento me hizo sentir como en casa, me ayudó en todo lo relativo a las excursiones y me dio muy buenos consejos. La casa está muy limpia, es muy cómoda y el balcón inmejorable. A menos de 3 minutos de la playa y muy cerca también de la estación de buses. En definitiva, un lugar de 10.
