房屋使用规定
Es una departamento independite de la casa de familia, pero solo esta permitido entrar al lugar las personas de la reserva. No son permitidas fiestas. No se permite fumar dentro de las habitaciones. Pero contamos con un patio interior muy agradable donde puede fumar si así lo desea.Cambio de sábanas y toallas cada 3 días para huéspedes que pasen ese tiempo. Existe un importe de 5 usd si se pierde la llave.
It is an independent apartment of the family house, but only the people of the reserve are allowed to enter the place. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. But we have a very nice interior patio where you can smoke if you wish. Change of sheets and towels every 3 days for guests who spend that time. There is an amount of 5 usd if the key is lost.

Niury y Alfredo nos recibieron con gran agazajo. Un café con un postre casero nos esperaba a la llegada. La simpatía, la gentileza y la disponibilidad caracterizan a estos anfitriones. El apartamento disponible es muy completo, con todas las comodidades y un patio exterior está dispuesto para tomar el desayuno muy bien servido con todos los detalles. La limpieza es impecable. La cocina y el baño están bien equipados. Nosotros nos hemos sentido muy bien en compañía de Niury y Alfredo y recomendamos a todo aquel que quisiera visitar Santa Clara y pasar un agradable estadía.

Absolutely the best casa we stayed at during our entire time in Cuba! Alfredo and Niury are very friendly and helpfull hosts. Also, their pets Roma and Téo proved to be very nice company (only if you let them, they do not come into the guest part of the house). The casa consists of a bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen and living room. All private, clean and in great shape. Ask Niury for nice restaurants near to the casa, her suggestions are great!

Loved the casa, great and helpful hosts. The location was very close to the city center and breakfast was delicious. The many cartoons on the wall added a nice personal touch to the casa.

Martirena's was the best casa we stayed at during our two-week trip to Cuba. The casa is an independent apartment that shows that the people who run it have a very good taste and pay great attention to detail. It has a spatious living room, decorated with old pieces of furniture and art creating a unique atmosphere, a comfortable bedroom and its own kitchen and light-hearted garden. The whole apartment is very clean, as is the big bathroom. Niury and Alfredo are excellent hosts. They received us with a big smile, making us feel at home from moment one, and gave us useful tips about their hometown. Niury offered us one of the best and richest breakfasts we had in Cuba, even accompanying it with fresh flowers from her garden! We absolutely recommend it and only regret that we could not stay longer!

Una familia encantadora, el Hostal está impecable de limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. Tiene un pequeno patio interior para uso del cliente y la ubicación es perfecta. Totalmente recomendable

The best place we had in Cuba. Very clean and spacious room, with kitchenette. We could sit in the little garden. Niury and her husband are very friendly and helpful. We can recommend it !!

Nos alojamos solo una noche, pero los propietarios fueron inmediatamente muy agradable! La casa es muy bonita y limpia, la habitación es grande y espaciosa! Recomiendo alojarse en el sscelga Santa Clara como destino!
